I got clear on the life I wanted, read books, took courses, prayed a lot, and slowly sifted out things that didn’t fit into it. And now I’m ready to share my journey with you and help you create the life you dream of! It’s possible, my friend!

If you’re ready to discover the secret to creating a simple, unhurried life so you and your family can thrive, this podcast is for you!

In this episode, I will show you five ways to make that happen and achieve some results. These steps are easy to implement, and you can see results right away!
What will we talk about?

🍝 Dinner- Meal planning and not re-invent the wheel. Give yourself permission to make a few simple meals on repeat, create a simple family meal box, and rinse and repeat. It's simple!
👩‍💻Clean up your phone and email- Remove the unwanted apps and unsubscribe from the unnecessary emails. Here's your permission to turn your phone on silent and do not disturb.

🍴Kitchen Efficiency- Keep only what you need. This will make cooking much simpler!
📝 Use paper and pen, not only apps. Who doesn't love a fun notebook or planner?

🧹 Cleaning- Assign daily cleaning tasks for each day of the week. Stay on top of the mess and never have to guess what you should do that day. That's what our grandmas would do. The link is in the comments 👇
